Idk why but I really like to draw skeletons even though they freak me out xD I'm a bit rusty with "original" so the concept is a bit cluttered.... but I'm trying really hard to improve my composition skills!!
I hope you weren't expecting a deep title xD

Holy shumbug! This piece is incredible. I get from it that the skeleton is a man, hence the shadowy outline of a body. The man was drowning his mind inside of his problems/issues, and pierced his head with the sword from the female angel. Stated due to the hilt of the sword has wings upon it. The piercing ceased the problems/issues, and the man gave his head & mind to his beloved "savior." For, now, it will think in proper was to showcase his stability for them to be together.

Or, maybe I'm off cue and it's only me seeing it in such a way.
